US Retail Field Operations Coordinator

Sr. Regional Manager, Field
Overview
The US Retail Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the US Retail Field team through strong operational coordination, logistics management, and executional support. This role works closely with the Sr. Regional Manager, Field to help plan, forecast, build, and deliver the tools, programs, and materials needed for effective in-market execution across key retail partners. This position is highly detail-oriented and execution-focused, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency so the field team is fully equipped to drive sales and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Execution Support
- Own the planning, forecasting, and coordination of all field-related materials including samples, gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs, and event support assets.
- Build, order, and coordinate shipment of all field support boxes (e.g., innovation launch kits, event support boxes, and ongoing executional tools) to the US Retail Field team.
- Partner with the Sr. Regional Manager to develop timelines and execution plans that align with brand, account, and field priorities.
Budgeting & Financial Management
- Partner with the Sr. Regional Manager to develop, manage, and track the field operating budget, including collateral, uniforms, GWPs, and activation-related expenses.
- Own visibility and accuracy of field targets within reporting systems.
- Manage commission reporting and partner with Finance to ensure commissions are submitted accurately and paid on time to the field team.
Retail & Account Event Support
- Support planning and execution of key account-related events including, but not limited to:
- ULTA: Field Leadership Conference (FLC) and Beauty World
- Sephora: Sales & Merchant Conference (SMC) and Sephoria
- Assist with logistics, materials, and on-site support as needed to ensure seamless execution.
Field Team Enablement & Communication
- Support planning and execution of field-related meetings at HQ, including National Sales Meetings.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field-related questions via the Teams channel, providing timely troubleshooting and solutions.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment between HQ and the field team.
Systems & Tools Management
- Manage the back-end administration of the retail execution software to ensure field team members have access to all required tools, content, and materials to effectively service stores.
- Maintain data accuracy and usability to support reporting, execution tracking, and field productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Retail Account teams to support timely delivery of field programs.
- Act as an operational liaison between HQ and the field organization, escalating risks and opportunities as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in field operations, sales operations, retail operations, or a related role within consumer, beauty, or retail industries (additional experience may be considered for Senior Coordinator level).
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions and with field teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale retail events and national meetings preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and retail execution or CRM software.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $24-$26. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
