What You'll Do

As a Skin Therapist at Dermalogica, you will be an integral part of our team, building lasting relationships with customers and striving to meet overall store goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to provide clients with a full range of personalized skincare solutions and services, including Face Mapping consultations, personalized skin care treatments, and home-care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and inspire customers to learn more about their personal skincare needs and the unique benefits of Dermalogica products
• Conduct Face Mapping analysis and provide personalized skin care treatments
• Maintain and increase knowledge of Dermalogica's product line and treatments by attending training sessions
• Achieve monthly and yearly Retail and Service productivity expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room

What You'll Bring

Key Qualifications:

• California Esthetician License required
• Minimum of two plus (2+) years of experience working in a sophisticated retail environment required
• Knowledge and professional experience with Dermalogica products and concepts are highly desired
• Previous experience in a treatment room preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and point-of-sale system
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), opening and closing shifts required
• Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the store: 603 W Knoll Drive, West Hollywood, CA 90069

The expected base hourly pay rate is $19-20/hr. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
