Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our U.S professional marketing team. This role supports the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives for the medical aesthetic channel, from live events and creative campaigns to digital activations, all laddering up to the broader professional marketing strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in skin health and the professional aesthetics industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of brand and trade marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event Execution
    • Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of professional events that include both trade shows and professional brand events.
    • Manage logistics, packing/unpacking, vendor communications, and asset tracking to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Creative Briefs
    • Draft creative briefs and collaborate cross-functionally with design teams.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
  • Digital Marketing Support
    • Assist in managing digital campaigns, including email, paid social, and content updates as needed.
    • Track campaign performance and compile post activation reports.
  • Operational Support
    • Help manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
    • Maintain medical marketing calendar and medical asset library

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in the skin health or medical aesthetics industry strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $24-$26. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.

This position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
